The only drawback is that they're quite heavy and it can be difficult to lift them up when carrying a child in a car seat.

Easy to Assemble

Some car seat and stroller combos can be tricky to put together. We found that the UPPAbaby Cruz v2 Combo was one of the easiest to put together. It comes with a handy quick-start guide that makes putting this travel system together easy. Other models, including the UPPAbaby Minu and UPPAbaby Vista V2 Thule urban Glide 2 and Baby Trend Snap-N-Go EX Universal were also fairly easy to put together. Contrary to that the BOB Revolution Flex 3.0 Combo is difficult to put together because it requires two steps to assemble - attaching the lower anchors and using straps that go over the bottom portion of the carrier. It's heavy, so it takes two people to secure the carrier into the base, and then to remove it.

In our tests we took about 5 minutes to put the UPPAbaby v2 together, which is relatively fast when you consider the time it saves by not having to take out each piece. The toddler seat can be attached and removed easily on the majority of these models.
